Wow, this has been a busy winter! I started and finished a Master's course in January and then I also started and finished collecting my data for my action research project. I also expected the work load at school to be a little less because I'm teaching units that I've taught before, but the medium(websites/blogs) is always changing and that makes for more work than you'd think sometimes. This is also the longest vacationless run of the year. Knowing that, I flew over to Bangkok to visit Steve and Kamyee for a long week-end in February. It was so great seeing them and their family!!! Sadly, Canada lost to the US that week-end in hockey. The following week-end, I went to Seoul to visit Emily and we watched Canada play Slovakia LIVE at the Rocky Mountain Tavern (a Canadian pub in Seoul). That was SOOOOO cool!
Congrats go out to all of the Canadian athletes and everyone involved in our success in the 2010 Winter Olympics. I'm sorry I couldn't be there with you all in person!
