I taught English in Taiwan for three years at Schoolhouse Language Center. I am also a certified teacher in England, Wales and Canada and I have a TESOL certificate with the Canadian Global TESOL Training Institute.

While living in Taiwan, I studied Chinese for two hours each day, five days a week for two years. I was studying the advanced books with my teachers when I finished my Chinese studies. I also studied Spanish before living in Madrid, Spain for six years and I graduated from the French Immersion program in Canada. Learning French, Chinese and Spanish has given me unique insights into language learning that continue to help me to become a better teacher.
